If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your SmashOne subscription within 14 days without giving any reason. This page explains how the right works, how to use it, and when it no longer applies.
You have a statutory right to withdraw from the paid subscription within 14 days, without giving a reason and without penalty. The free trial (Days 1–14) is free and binds you to nothing; the paid contract begins on Day 15, and your 14-day withdrawal period runs from then (Days 15–29).
SmashOne starts with a 14-day free trial (€0 on Days 1–14). The base subscription starts on Day 15. Any one-time setup fee applies only where you chose automator-led setup and setup work has been performed. You can cancel at any time during the trial with no charge.
Starting your free trial simply asks us to begin the free service. Because no payment is taken during Days 1–14, there is nothing to withdraw from and you waive no statutory right. You can cancel during the trial at any time and pay nothing. Your full 14-day right of withdrawal applies to the paid subscription once it begins on Day 15.
In addition to — and over the same period as — your statutory withdrawal right, we voluntarily offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on the subscription after the Day-15 charge (Days 15–29): if you are not satisfied, contact us for a refund of the subscription amount.
The one-time setup fee covers configuration work performed for you. It is refundable before setup work is performed; once the setup has been carried out, it is non-refundable.
To withdraw, tell us clearly before the deadline — by email to info@smashone.ai, or by using the model form below. You may also cancel directly in your account. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your communication before the 14-day period expires.

Where the right still applies, we reimburse the payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed, using the same means of payment you used.
If you are not satisfied, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform or contact your local consumer authority. For data matters, you may lodge a complaint with the UODO.
When you confirm your subscription, the order button is clearly labelled to show that it places an order with an obligation to pay (for example, "Subscribe & pay"). The essential details — price, billing period, what is included, and the setup fee charged on Day 15 — are shown to you before you confirm.
