Report illegal content

Use this notice-and-action channel if you believe content made available through SmashOne on the EU service surface is illegal under EU or Member State law.

What to include

  • Your name and contact email.
  • The exact URL or location of the content.
  • A clear explanation of why you believe the content is illegal.
  • The law or category involved, if known.
  • A good-faith statement that the information is accurate and complete.

What happens next

  1. We acknowledge receipt within 72 hours.
  2. We review the notice and decide within 14 days where reasonably possible.
  3. We send a reasoned outcome, including action taken or why no action was taken.
  4. You may appeal by replying within 30 days.

How to submit an Article 16 notice

Send your notice by email to info@smashone.ai. Use the subject line DSA Article 16 Notice so it reaches the reviewer directly. Notices in any official EU language are accepted.

  • The exact URL or location of the content you are reporting.
  • The grounds on which you believe the content is illegal, with the law or category involved if known.
  • A good-faith statement — a confirmation that the information in your notice is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
  • Your contact details — name and an email address we can reply to.

Notices missing the URL or the grounds cannot be assessed, and we will come back to you for them.
