Getting started
You get full access for 14 days at no charge. We ask for a card at sign-up, but you are not charged until day 15. Cancel any time in the first 14 days and you pay nothing.
On day 15, in one transaction: your first AI employee role (€49/month + applicable VAT, calculated at checkout) plus the one-time €199 setup fee + applicable VAT, if an Automator set it up for you. There is no charge during the trial.
Open Quick post, write your message, choose the channels, and publish — or schedule it on the content calendar. You can publish up to 5 quick posts a day.
Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp Business, and Google Business Profile. You assign each channel to an AI employee: the €49 you pay for that employee covers its highest-priced channel, and every further channel on the same employee is billed on top.
No. Templates, a media library, and the AI employee you hire do the heavy lifting. Most owners are live the same day.
Connecting your accounts
Go to Connections, choose Facebook, and approve access. You connect a Page you manage — personal profiles are not used for posting.
Connect your Instagram professional account through the Connections page. It links alongside your Facebook Page.
Add your Telegram channel or bot in Connections and confirm — the AI employee assigned to it can then post and reply there.
We show a clear status badge on the Connections page. Reconnect in one click — your scheduled posts wait safely until the channel is live again.
Posting & scheduling
Up to 5 auto-posts a day on each connected channel, plus 5 quick posts a day. The content calendar shows everything scheduled across your channels.
Yes. Choose a date and time on the content calendar and the post publishes automatically to the channels you selected.
Yes. Select Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram (and any add-on channels) and publish to all of them from a single composer.
The content calendar gives you a month and week view of every scheduled and published post per business.
Your AI employee at work

Billing & hires
Each €49/month role includes one channel of your choice and works in your SmashOne workspace with its own 1,000 AI answers a month, plus catalogue, CRM, broadcasts, content tools, and analytics. Prices are shown excluding VAT; applicable VAT is calculated at checkout based on your billing country.
A one-time €199 setup fee (+ applicable VAT) applies when an automator sets your account up for you. If you sign up and set things up yourself, there is no setup fee.
Yes — 14-day money-back guarantee on your subscription (days 15–29). Full refund, no questions, no forms, no retention calls. The setup fee is non-refundable after day 15.
Yes. You can pause for up to 90 days, twice a year, if you need a break.
Extra channels are optional and priced separately from your €49/month role. Prices shown exclude VAT; applicable VAT is calculated at checkout based on your billing country.
Account & security
Open the business switcher and add a new business. Each business is billed separately and keeps its own data.
Yes. Invite people and give them roles so they only see what they need — owners, managers, and support seats.
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based, and we never sell your data. We process data under the GDPR, and payments run through Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1).
Update your email, password, and two-factor settings in Account security at any time.
Channels
Facebook, Instagram, or Telegram at €9/month each, WhatsApp Business at €29/month, and Google Business Profile at €39/month — each one is served by the AI employee you assign it to. WhatsApp is rolling out shortly after launch. Google Business Profile becomes available once Google approves our access.
Once live, open Channels in your workspace, choose a channel, pick the AI employee that will run it, and connect it. It is added to your subscription and billed on your next cycle.
Yes. Remove a channel any time; it stops at the end of the current billing period.
