Getting started
You get full access for 14 days at no charge. We ask for a card at sign-up, but you are not charged until day 15. Cancel any time in the first 14 days and you pay nothing.
On day 15, in one transaction: your first month (€99/month + applicable VAT, calculated at checkout) plus the one-time €199 setup fee + applicable VAT, if a setup was done for you. There is no charge during the trial.
Open Quick post, write your message, choose the channels, and publish — or schedule it on the content calendar. You can publish up to 5 quick posts a day.
Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram are included in your plan, plus the AI assistant. WhatsApp, TikTok, and Google Business Profile are paid add-ons, rolling out shortly after launch.
No. Templates, a media library, and the AI assistant do the heavy lifting. Most owners are live the same day.
Connecting your accounts
Go to Connections, choose Facebook, and approve access. You connect a Page you manage — personal profiles are not used for posting.
Connect your Instagram professional account through the Connections page. It links alongside your Facebook Page.
Add your Telegram channel or bot in Connections and confirm — the assistant can then post and reply there.
We show a clear status badge on the Connections page. Reconnect in one click — your scheduled posts wait safely until the channel is live again.
Posting & scheduling
Up to 5 auto-posts a day and 5 quick posts a day per business. The content calendar shows everything scheduled across your channels.
Yes. Choose a date and time on the content calendar and the post publishes automatically to the channels you selected.
Yes. Select Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram (and any add-on channels) and publish to all of them from a single composer.
The content calendar gives you a month and week view of every scheduled and published post per business.
The AI assistant
It replies to direct messages on your connected channels in your brand voice, around the clock. Your plan includes 1,000 AI answers a month.
Yes. Calibrate the assistant’s voice and rules so replies sound like you. You set what it should and should not say.
No. A voice answer counts as one of your 1,000 monthly answers, the same as a text answer.
The assistant hands off to you when a conversation needs a person, so nothing important slips through.
Catalogue & CRM
Up to 1,000 products or services with prices and details — shown to customers and used by the assistant to answer questions.
Yes. The CRM keeps your customers, orders, and bookings in one place so you can follow up without spreadsheets.

Billing & plan
Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, and the AI assistant (1,000 answers a month), the catalogue, CRM, broadcasts, content tools, and analytics — for one business. Prices are shown excluding VAT; applicable VAT is calculated at checkout based on your billing country.
A one-time €199 setup fee (+ applicable VAT) applies when an automator sets your account up for you. If you sign up and set things up yourself, there is no setup fee.
Yes — 14-day money-back guarantee on your subscription (days 15–29). Full refund, no questions, no forms, no retention calls. The setup fee is non-refundable after day 15.
Yes. You can pause for up to 90 days, twice a year, if you need a break.
WhatsApp €29/month (+€49 setup), TikTok €19/month (+€39 setup), Google Business Profile €39/month (+€149 setup), each plus applicable VAT. They are rolling out shortly after launch; each is a separate subscription and the €99 plan never includes them.
Account & security
Open the business switcher and add a new business. Each business is billed separately and keeps its own data.
Yes. Invite people and give them roles so they only see what they need — owners, managers, and support seats.
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based, and we never sell your data. We process data under the GDPR, and payments run through Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1).
Update your email, password, and two-factor settings in Account security at any time.
Add-ons
WhatsApp Business, TikTok, and Google Business Profile — each adds a channel your assistant and scheduler can use. They are rolling out shortly after launch.
Once live, open Add-ons in your cabinet, choose a channel, and connect it. It is added to your plan and billed on your next cycle.
Yes. Remove an add-on any time; it stops at the end of the current billing period.
