The rules that keep the Service safe for everyone. Part of the Terms of Service.
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of the Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses SmashOne. It protects our users, their audiences and the platforms we connect to. By using the Service you agree not to misuse it as described below.
Do not use SmashOne to create, publish or distribute content that is illegal under EU or Polish law, including child sexual abuse material, terrorist content, or content that infringes sanctions.
Do not publish content that incites violence or hatred, harasses or bullies, or that is defamatory or threatening.
Do not post content you do not have the right to use. You are responsible for holding the necessary rights to all media and text you publish through the Service.
Do not use the Service for spam, mass unsolicited messaging, fake engagement, or to operate inauthentic or coordinated deceptive accounts.
Facebook, Instagram, Telegram and any add-on platforms have their own terms. You must comply with them; violating a platform's rules may result in that platform suspending your account, which is outside SmashOne's control.
Do not use the Service for unfair or misleading commercial practices within the meaning of the EU Unfair Commercial Practices Directive (UCPD), including false claims, hidden advertising, or fake reviews.
The AI assistant must be presented honestly. Do not configure it to deny that it is an AI where disclosure is required under Article 50 of the EU AI Act, and do not use AI features to impersonate a real person, generate deceptive deepfakes, or mislead your audience.
Do not attempt to breach, probe or disrupt the Service, bypass access controls, or introduce malware.
Do not use personal data obtained through the Service for purposes incompatible with the consent or expectations of the data subjects, and do not scrape or harvest data unlawfully. Do not attempt to exceed, circumvent or share your plan's AI-response allowance (1,000 responses per month per business), for example by routing one business's traffic through another's subscription. Each paid business has its own separate allowance.
We apply a graduated approach: warning → temporary restriction → suspension → termination, depending on severity. Serious violations (such as child sexual abuse material, terrorist content, or attacks on the Service) may result in immediate suspension without prior warning.
If we restrict or remove your content or account, we will give you a statement of reasons where required and a way to appeal. To report illegal content or a violation, contact info@smashone.ai; we will review notices and act in line with our obligations under the EU Digital Services Act (Article 16).
Anyone may report suspected illegal content or misuse to info@smashone.ai. We review all reports and respond as required by law.
