The SmashOne AI employee factory

Hire an AI employee from 1 September.
Need one that doesn't exist yet?

Describe them — and the SmashOne AI employee factory will build them for you.

  • Building is free
  • €49/month per employee
  • AI employees are built from 48 hours

We open 1 September. Tell us which AI employee your business needs.

Hiring someone who doesn't exist yet

Tell us who you need

A short form: their name, what they should do, and what they should know. Upload the materials of your trade — price lists, categories, whatever your people actually work from.

Read their passport before we build

We show what they'll do themselves, what they'll prepare for your approval, and what they will not do — before we build anything. Ask why they decided that, and change it.

The factory builds and tests them

We assemble your employee and ask them the hard questions, including the ones they must refuse. AI employees are built from 48 hours.

Hire them — €49/month

You pay when you hire. Building is free — and there are no credits, ever.

Your materials stay yours. An employee trained on your files is private to your business and never appears in the public roster.

Ask why, change it Upload what they should know

You read the passport before we build

Every employee's passport says plainly what they do, what they hand you to approve, and what they will not do — with the reason. Here is what one looks like.

Restaurant owner — illustrative example.
“My bookkeeper comes once a month and drowns in a bag of invoices. I don't want an AI accountant — I want everything already sorted before she arrives.”

Illustrative example — a request and the draft passport it produces. Not a real customer.

Marta

Bookkeeping assistant

Private to your business

Does themselves

  • Answers questions about your expenses from your own records — with a link to the document each figure came from
  • Sorts costs into your categories, from the list you gave us — not a generic chart of accounts
  • Reminds you about the payment dates you entered
  • Answers in your working chat around the clock

Prepares — you approve

  • DraftWeekly expense register — every figure clickable back to its source
  • DraftA monthly package for your bookkeeper: the register, the grouped records, and the discrepancies she should look at
  • DraftMismatch notes: “the invoice says 40 kg, the delivery note says 38 — please check”

Doesn't do

  • Doesn't post entries into your accounting system — we aren't connected to accounting systems. We've logged your request — it raises the priority.
  • Doesn't calculate or file returns — your bookkeeper does that; her signature and her licence stand behind it
  • Doesn't take documents in as photos — that isn't something our employees do today. We've logged your request — it raises the priority.
  • Doesn't sign anything and doesn't pay bills — money and signatures stay with you
  • Doesn't give tax advice — Marta is not a tax or accounting consultation

Every “doesn't do” is a vote. Requests we can't build yet decide what the factory builds next.

Three requests, three honest answers

Not every answer is yes. The passport is where we say so — before you pay anything.

Boutique owner in Copenhagen — illustrative example.
Boutique, Copenhagen
“Someone who knows every piece in the shop and answers buyers at night.”
Built as asked

A consultant that answers from your catalogue and your prices, and hands you anything it doesn't know instead of inventing it.

Salon owner in Vienna — illustrative example.
Salon, Vienna
“Someone who books appointments and takes the deposit.”
Built, with one line drawn

Booking — yes. Taking money — no. Payments and signatures stay with you; that line is written into the passport, not into the small print.

Fitness studio owner in Brussels — illustrative example.
Fitness studio, Brussels
“Someone who films and posts short videos of our classes.”
Partly refused, and why

Our employees write and make images — they don't produce video. What we'd build instead: photo posts from your classes and a reply to every message. We've logged your request — it raises the priority.

Illustrative examples — requests of the kind owners send us. Not real customers.

What we don't promise

  • We don't publish resolution percentages. Vendors quote numbers that independent benchmarks don't reproduce.

  • We promise behaviour instead. Your employee answers from your facts.

  • What they don't know, they don't invent — they hand it to you.

Every employee's passport says plainly what they will not do.

The company itself runs on an AI staff.

Our founders work with AI employees in their own chats every day — that's where this product came from.

Questions owners ask

How long does it take?

AI employees are built from 48 hours. How long yours takes depends on what they need to do and how much material you have. We'll write to you as soon as they're ready.

How much does it cost to build?

Nothing. Building is free. The €49 a month starts when you hire them.

Will my employee be available to other companies?

No. An employee trained on your materials is private to your business. Only an anonymised speciality can ever enter the public roster — without a single fact of yours.

What if you can't build what I asked for?

We'll say so plainly and explain. We split the answer into three parts: what we'll do now, what we won't do and why, and what your request moves up the priority list.

Can I get an AI lawyer or accountant?

We build an AI employee to your specialist: they prepare, your specialist approves. This is not legal or tax advice.

Can I change the employee after hiring?

Yes. Passport edits are free and never eat into your reply limit.

What happens if I stop paying?

The employee goes off shift. Your materials stay yours.

Do you charge credits for edits or rebuilds?

No. We have no credits for building, and we never will. You pay for the employee's work, not for the process of creating them.
